Yes. Habit Ocean includes export and restore tools so you can keep a backup or move your data manually.
What is Ocean Insight Pro?
Ocean Insight Pro is a one-time unlock for deeper habit reports, Daily Coach notes, long-term trends, and priority suggestions.
How do reminders work?
Habit reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. You can disable them in the app or in iOS Settings.
